Cyclone Phailin: Landfall expected between 6-8 pm, says MeT department

As cyclone Phailin closes in, Indian Meteorological Department chief Dr LS Rathore addressed the media, saying heavy rains are expected for 24 hours after landfall. He also said that Jharkhand, West Bengal and Chhattisgarh would be impacted by the 'very severe' cyclone along with Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.
