BJP Trying To Destabilise Congress Govts: Kapil Sibal To NDTV
Congress MP Kabil Sibal tells NDTV that BJP is trying to destabilise all Congress governments in the states. BJP wants to send a signal that if they can't topple a government legally they will do it with money power, Mr Sibal said.
