BJP Accuses Pawan Khera of Holding Two Voter IDs; Congress Leader Hits Back, Seeks EC Clarification

The political battle over voter lists has intensified, with the BJP accusing Congress leader Pawan Khera of holding two active voter ID numbers-one each from New Delhi and Jangpura Assembly constituencies. BJP's Amit Malviya labeled the Congress as "vote chore" (vote thief) and claimed Khera, who heads the party's media and publicity wing, is in violation of electoral norms. In response, Khera clarified that he had applied to surrender his old voter card long ago and is now in the process of returning one. He also questioned the Election Commission's role, demanding answers on the matter.
