On his third day as Delhi's Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal today cleared the free supply of 20 kilolitres of water everyday for Delhi households. Mr Kejriwal was unwell and had to skip office but the Aam Aadmi Party leader chaired a meeting at his apartment in Ghaziabad where the decision was taken.
