One of the most important ways to fight the problem of air pollution is to get our pollution norms in place. But our green laws seem to be up in smoke. They are either outdated, contradictory or just aren't implemented due to lack of a political will. Are then our Green laws falling short of their objective of making Delhi a more breathable city?
