Shriram Group is all set to apply for a bank license after RBI put out its detailed revised norms last week, says Arun Duggal, chairman of Shriram Capital. However, he adds, the guidelines are not clear on the timeline to meet regulatory targets of CRR/SLR/PSL for the new banks.
