Tapering above $15 billion to be negative for markets

The US Federal Reserve is expected to launch a modest scale back of its quantitative easing programme, and is likely to cut down on stimulus by $10-15 billion dollars per month. Any number above $15 billion is likely to lead to a sell-off, while a number below $10 billion will lead to a rally in risk assets.
