Shri Renuka Sugars acquires Brazilian VDI

Shri Renuka Sugars has acquired Brazilian sugar and ethanol maker VDI. The deal to acquire 100 per cent stake in VDI will cost Shree Renuka Sugars $82 million and the acquisition includes two sugar and ethanol production facilities.
