S Ramesh, President-Finance & Planning, Lupin, told NDTV Profit that US court has decided to restrain Lupin from selling generic diabetes drug Fortamet. While the court order holds Lupin on new sale of the drug, it does extend to its existing inventory. "This is currently subjudice. I would not want to speculate on the outcome of this litigation," he said.
