The euro rose versus the dollar on optimism the European Central Bank will unveil a plan to tackle the region's debt crisis this week. In an interview to NDTV Profit, Mitul Kotecha, Head-Global Currency Strategy, Credit Agricole CIB, said that the Euro could sag if there is comes a disappointment from the ECB.
