DoT's dual spectrum policy to RCom under scanner
Reliance Communications launched its GSM mobile service in late 2008 after the DoT amended its licence allowing it to operate both in the GSM and CDMA bands. But now the government policy allowing RCom to get spectrum in both bands is under scanner.
