Finance Secretary Arvind Mayaram and Revenue Secretary Shaktikanta Das tell NDTV that the Budget has indicated all the steps to bring back growth, there is more clarity on the taxation issues and that the government is optimistic about the implementation of goods and services tax in 2014. Also, Disinvestment Secretary Ravi Mathur says the government is hopeful of exceeding the disinvestment target, which has been raised.
