Subba Rao Amarthaluru, group CFO at RPG (CEAT tyres), tells NDTV that an increase in imports of rubber in April-May has been to capitalise on the cost artitrage between local and global prices. While there is no immediate uptick in demand, he expects a revival in the commercial vehicle segment to push growth this year.
