Philippines Fire | Massive Fire Displaces 500 Families In Happyland Of Manila, Philippines On Sep 13, a massive fire broke out in a residential area in Manila, Philippines. Approximately 500 families were affected by the fire. The fire occurred at Building 7, Helping Compound, Road 10 in Tondo, Manila from the second floor of a two-story residential building made from light materials. The Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region said no casualties have been reported. The agency said that the cause of the fire is still under investigation
