Parsvnath Developers on Connaught Place project
Pradeep Jain, chairman of Parsvnath Developers, said that it has raised Rs 120 crore by selling 24.5 per cent stake in its office project at Connaught Place and it expects around Rs 9 crore in monthly rentals after its completion in 20 months.
