Glaring loopholes in parliament security and intelligence apparatus has come to the fore after an intrusion into the Parliament on Wednesday. December 13 also marked the 22nd anniversary of 2001 parliament attack. Two young men, Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan D, jumped into the Lok Sabha chamber, shouting anti-establishment slogans and opened smoke canisters.
