Over 2 Lakh Affected By Floods In 22 Uttar Pradesh Districts
Around 2.4 lakh people in over 1,000 villages in 22 districts of Uttar Pradesh are affected by floods and thousands of hectares of standing crops have been submerged in floodwater. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took a boat ride to inspect the flood-hit areas in Varanasi.
