Protests are taking place in several parts of Jammu and Kashmir as Kashmiri Pandits demand safety in the wake of the killing of a 36-year old government employee from the community. As police fire tear gas shells on a group of protesters, we debate if this was excessive and whether law and order has actually improved in the Valley.
