Neelam Makhijani, CEO & Country Director, ChildFund India highlighted the issue of child trafficking in the state of West Bengal at the #AllForBengal telethon. She further asserted that the root of trafficking is poverty, and the impact of Cyclone Amphan and COVID-19 could also lead to a rise in the trafficking of both girls and boys in the state.
