President Obama wrapped up a historic and cathartic week for America with a quiet and solemn ceremony at Ground Zero in New York aimed at bringing some closure to the decade-long hunt for Osama bin Laden. A promise had been kept, after a decade. Ten years ago, his predecessor George W Bush had stood at the same place and said, "The men who brought these buildings down will hear from us."
