Nutrition Service Coverage Has Been Below 50% During Pandemic: Vani Sethi, UNICEF

While speaking at #Reimagine telethon, Vani Sethi, Nutrition Specialist, UNICEF India highlighted the need of good nutrition for the pregnant women. She said that pregnant women require a good diet along with antenatal checkups, micronutrient services and care at home. However, she highlighted that the field-based data reveals that the coverage of services and the receipt of these services has reduced to below 50 per cent during the COVID-19 pandemic.
