Big Basket has now moved to 100% contactless delivery, Big Basket's CEO Hari Menon tells NDTV. The e-commerce giant is no longer allowing cash or card on delivery, he said. One of the most significant safety protocols being followed by Big Basket is leaving the commodities at the entry gates from where it gets picked up by customers, he said.
