As India unlocks on the first day of this phase of the coronavirus lockdown, Delhi has shut its borders for a week and Kolkata has agreed to open places of worship. In Odisha, there are new measures and in Uttarakhand, the Chief Minister and the cabinet are in self-isolation. Middle seat passengers on flights will now get wraparound gowns to wear. But airlines will try to avoid giving middle seats if space is available on flights. Farmers will get between 50 and 83 per cent more returns as the cabinet approved the minimum support price for 14 crops at a meeting today.
