More than 22,000 people are now confirmed to have been killed in earthquakes in Turkey and Syria, though the UN warns the disaster's full extent is still unclear. Rescuers are still searching for survivors and working round the clock. However,  hope is fading fast since it has been over 100 hours since the earthquake struck. Freezing conditions threaten the lives of thousands of survivors who are now without shelter, water and food. India's Operation Dost is being carried out with Indian rescue teams and medical aid assisting Turkey and Syria
