On The Buck Stops Here special The Kashmir Diaries, we focus on the political storm over Sainik colonies in the Valley. Jammu too has two Sainik colonies. So why this political storm in the Valley? Why should the Kashmiri soldiers be treated as outsiders in their own state? What are the political parties so concerned about? We debate.
