On The Buck Stops Here, a special ground report from the epicentre of the 'killer' Vyapam scam. 12 of the 35 mystery deaths in connection with the scam fall within the Gwalior-Morena area. From Gwalior, we bring you the story of 26-year-old Ashish Chaturvedi, the youngest whistleblower in the scam and of the family of Dr Rajendra Arya who died mysteriously last week. Dr Arya's family tells NDTV they were repeatedly harassed by the police for bribes to keep Dr Arya out on bail. Refusing to believe that Dr Arya died of liver disease, they insist on a CBI probe.
