Home Minister Rajnath Singh addressed a joint press meet with Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti in Srinagar, where the chief minister lost her cool over questions on the ongoing crisis and ended the press conference abruptly. Rajnath Singh says that government will announce an alternative to the controversial pellet guns in the next few days. Mehbooba Mufti maintained that it's only 5 per cent of Kashmiris who are engaged in violence, rest 95 per cent, she said, want a resolution of the Kashmir issue through dialogue.
