The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Mumbai claimed the office of its Mumbai North East Candidate, Mihir Kotecha, was vandalised by workers of Shiv Sena's Uddhav Thackeray faction. Mr Kotecha, contesting against UBT's Sanjay Dina Patil, alleged that it was a politically motivated attack carried out on a day when senior leaders from both parties were addressing poll rallies in the city.
