Madhavi Latha, BJP candidate in Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency, as well as Congress MLA-candidate in Hyderabad's Nampally assembly constituency, had complained that bogus voters were helping Asaduddin Owaisi and his AIMIM party to win.
