'Democratic Demonstrations Allowed In BJP States': Union Minister On Kolkata Protest

The Mamata Banerjee government and its police are entirely responsible for the massive clash that took place during a party protest against corruption in Bengal today, the BJP has said. Union Minister Subhas Sarkar said democratic protests are allowed in BJP-ruled states, unlike in West Bengal.
