For the last two days, Rakesh Gupta's house was waterlogged because of heavy rains. Although now the water has receded, he has to bear financial loss of Rs 4 lakh to repair the damaged property. He is among the many Mumbaikars who have to bear the brunt of heavy rain on Monday and Tuesday in India's financial capital.
