Parts of Thiruvananthapuram coastline - Veli and Shanghmugham - have been affected by oil spill from Travancore Titanium Products Ltd, a public sector undertaking, on Thursday. Parts of the beach have been made off-limit for public for now and fishermen asked to refrain from going to the sea temporarily.
