People stranded in the Delhi flood have been somehow trying to move to other locations by walking in waist-deep water. Some have managed to take boats. The Yamuna river's water level rose in the past two days, flooding areas around its banks. At 6 am, Yamuna water levels stood at 208.46 metres, slightly lower than last night's 208.66.
