Global investor and author Ruchir Sharma discussed the top ten trends of the year 2022 in a discussion with NDTV's Dr Prannoy Roy. Mr Sharma says that the productivity level has been dropping over the years. "This is a data I got from a survey that was carried out in Asia which is of thousands of people which showed that they are working much longer but the output there is slightly lower for the long hours worked," he says.
