More than a month after Rizwanur Rehman was found dead, it's still not clear whether his death was a murder or a suicide. In a startling development, the Telegraph newspaper has got hold of a letter by Rizwanur and his wife Priyanka Todi, written 18 days before the graphics designer's death to the then police commissioner Ajoy Kumar.
