There is multi-layered security around the jail in Haryana's Rohtak where self-styled godman Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh has been kept after his conviction and arrest in a 2002 rape case. The 50-year-old chief of the Dera Sacha Sauda sect will be sentenced on Monday, with court proceedings to be held at the prison. His followers are being prevented from reaching Rohtak, the police said.
