A man was forced to carry his pregnant wife on a handcart to the hospital after not getting an ambulance in Madhya Pradesh's Damoh. The woman went into labour pain, after which her husband called the ambulance, but it didn't come on time. He was then forced to carry her on a handcart for 2 km.
