MCD polls: BJP retains Delhi, but Congress makes gains
The BJP has retained control over Delhi's municipality - it has won all the three new civic bodies carved out of the Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (MCD). The Congress has to make do with winning more seats than it did last time.
