Ludhiana: Migrant workers pay the price

On Sunday evening a bomb went off in the middle of a crowd watching a Bhojpuri film in the heart of Punjab. Seven people were killed and 32 were injured. The victims were migrant labourers who had settled in the city, one of the biggest industrial cities in Asia, for work.
