Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, ministers and opposition leaders will skip Christmas celebrations at Governor Arif Mohammed Khan's home amid strained ties over the issue of the Governor working as chancellor of universities in the state. The Kerala Budget session is also likely to start without the Governor's address.
