Karnataka Covid Numbers Down - What Lies Ahead?

Karnataka is one of the worst-hit states in India when it comes to the deadly second wave of COVID-19. In the last couple of weeks, numbers of new cases have started coming down - although a large proportion of cases is being reported from rural areas. Mucormycosis is also being described as an epidemic within the pandemic by Dr Vishal Rao, member of the Karnataka Covid Task Force. In an interview with Maya Sharma, he said the lockdown was largely responsible for the lowering numbers.
