Jindal to clean up Louisiana image
Republican Bobby Jindal entered office as the 55th Governor of Louisiana pledging to bring in a ''new era'' in the state's politics. The youngest Governor in America, Jindal now heads a government whose image was battered by a poor response to Hurricane Katrina two years ago. As he took his oath, Jindal promised to fight the state's problems of incompetence and corruption.
