"Industrial Revolution Needed Now": Author Gurcharan Das On India's Growing Middle Class

As a new report by PRICE projects that the Indian middle class will double by 2047, author Gurcharan Das says India needs an industrial revolution to realise these projections. He adds that only 20% of Indians have access to quality education even though the middle class is growing. He says "you can't be in the middle class and not have good education." Mr Das stressed on the need to focus on equal opportunities and education to reap the benefits of India's growing middle class.
