Kapil Sibal Asks Election Commission Why It Can't Publish Poll Data Online
Senior advocate Kapil Sibal has asked the Election Commission why it can't publish the number of votes polled according to form 17C on its website. The Election Commission has told the Supreme Court that there was no legal mandate for the poll body to disclose voter turnout data based on Form 17C. "What's the problem?," he asked.
