The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) won the Delhi Municipal Corporation (MCD) election, defeating the BJP and ending its 15-year run in the civic body. Explaining why the BJP did not reach the target this time, South Delhi BJP MP Ramesh Bidhuri gave the example of glass half full and glass half empty to highlight the BJP hasn't really lost. "You can see the results in whatever way you want. Arvind Kejriwal has in the past five years never even mentioned MCD once. Suddenly, he remembers it and talks about cleaning Delhi," Mr Bidhuri said.
