Election Commission Makes Special Arrangement For Border Population

Elections come and go but the fate of the hundreds living beyond the barbed wire fence and the zero line along the 856-km-long border with Bangladesh remains the same. This time around, in its effort to ensure these voters get to vote without any hassle, the Election Commission has taken special measures. The BSF has been provided with the voters list and the forces will verify and ensure entry anytime within the polling hours. NDTV's Ratnadip Choudhury reports.
