Beware of this new online fraud! Scammers are sending fake bank credit messages to get things from shopkeepers. In Delhi's Chandni Chowk, one of the biggest jewellery markets of the country, the fraud came to light after a jeweller delivered two gold chains worth around Rs 2 lakh after he got a bank credit text message that looked exactly like messages that come from banks once money is credited. The jeweller delivered the chains only to realize the message was fake and that he had received no money. A ground report by NDTV's Sharad Sharma.
