CBI finds '84 riots witnesses unreliable

The legal battle between the CBI and the victims of 1984 riots in the Delhi High Court has taken another turn. The testimony of Jasbir Singh, who claimed that he saw senior Congress leader Jagdish Tytler inciting the mobs, was critical in the case. The CBI team went to the US to record Jasbir Singh's testimony.
