Heavy rains lashed the city this morning which led to water-logging and traffic jams in several parts of the national capital. According to Delhi Traffic Police, about 60 per cent of complaints received this morning pertained to water-logging which caused traffic jams at Jasola, Okhla, Apollo towards Ashram, RTR towards IIT Gate, Chelmsford Road towards Paharganj, Ring Road Sarai Kale Khan towards DND, Sarita Vihar, Ashok Vihar, Defence Colony flyover, INA and among others.
