A 9-month-old baby girl, whose parents had sought mercy killing for her, is about to get a new lease of life at a hospital in Chennai. Gnana Sai was born with a life threatening liver problem. Her parents, with a family income of barely Rs 10,000 a month, had no hope of affording a transplant that she needed.
